  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • Transit: Shipping takes 3-6 business days (Monday–Friday) via our carrier partners.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4-8 business days to all US destinations.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We currently ship only within the United States.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Pre-Approval Required: You must contact our support team for return authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Methods: Returns are accepted by mail or in-store at our Denver address.
  • Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items.
  • Restocking Fees: None.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
