  • Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout based on your delivery address within the USA.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

Upon successful payment, your order enters our fulfillment pipeline:

  1. Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Our warehouse team prepares your order with care.
  2. Transit Time: 3-6 business days (Monday–Friday) via our shipping partners.
  3. Total Delivery Estimate: 4-8 business days to all destinations within the United States.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


5. Refunds & Return-Related Payments

Our refund policy is designed with fairness and mindfulness.

  • Return Pre-Approval: Our support team must approve all returns before the item is mailed back. Please contact us before sending your item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it appears in your account will depend on your financial institution.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or damage incurred during initial shipment. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse standard shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We charge no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Full Return Details: Returns are accepted within 30 days for new, unused items in original packaging. We accept returns by mail or in-store at our Denver address and offer exchanges.
