Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is defective or damaged.
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items that are in new and unused condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

We do not accept returns on:

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product), we will cover all shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Mindful Minutes is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. Exchanges
