3. Are your products handmade?

Yes. Our necklaces are handmade with care and precision, while all our jewelry pieces are created with attention to quality and detail.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) are processed on the same business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing and delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Estimated Delivery: 4–7 Business Days (depending on your location)

All orders include free shipping.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across the United States.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Product Condition: Must be new and unused
  • Restocking Fees: None
  • Refund Processing Time: 5 business days after receiving your return
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival
