We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number) is required.
  • Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect custom message tag, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For these cases:

    • A free return shipping label will be provided.

    • You may choose a full refund or a replacement product free of charge.

  • Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer want the product, you may return it as long as it is unused and in its original condition. For these returns:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Items with highly personalized or custom-engraved tags may not be eligible for return due to change of mind unless they are defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist with exchanges for another design or variation of equal value.

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The new product or design you prefer

Exchange Shipping:

  • For defective items: Free exchange shipping.
  • For non-defective items: Customer pays return shipping, and we cover shipping for the replacement item.

Processing Time: Exchanges are processed and shipped within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds and Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returns or exchanges.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time is typically within 5 business days.
